Questions

How long does it take?

We email you your portrait within 24 hours. From the day you approve it, we estimate 7 to 11 business days to your door.

Which photos work best?

A sharp photo of just your dog, taken in daylight at your dog's eye level, with no filter. The whole face, both ears and the neck should show. We leave out leashes. Collars and harnesses are left out too, unless you choose to keep them.

Can I see it before it is printed?

Yes, always, and it is free. We email you the portrait within 24 hours, and you can ask for up to three changes. We print it once you approve it, or after 48 hours if we have not heard from you.

What if it does not look like my dog?

Our likeness guarantee: not like your dog? We make it again, free. See the details

Is a person painting it?

No. It is digitally painted from your photo, then printed, and framed if you choose a frame. That is how we can make it for this price.

How is it shipped?

Free, anywhere in the US. We email you when your portrait is printed and again when it ships, with the tracking number.

If your question is not here, write to hello@artmoe.com. We answer within one business day.
